Congressional Progressive Caucus (CPC) Co-Chairs Reps. Raúl M. Grijalva and Keith Ellison will join the Jobs, Not Cuts Rally on Wednesday, October 5, 2011. Each will give opening remarks welcoming participants to the Capitol.
Grassroots activists will rally at the Capitol for job creation and to protest Republican job cuts as well as cuts to Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security.
The rally is being held at the conclusion of the Take Back the American Dream conference, sponsored by Campaign for America’s Future.
