Representatives Summer Lee, Pramila Jayapal, Ro Khanna, and Jim McGovern introduced the Abolish Super PACs Act, which would put an end to the corrupting influence of money in politics by capping the contribution limit of individuals to super PACs at $5,000, effectively abolishing them. Currently, super PACs rely on unlimited contributions from billionaires, corporations, and other wealthy interests.
