Rep. Jamie Raskin introduced The Ranked Choice Voting Act, which would require Ranked Choice Voting in all primary and general elections for Congress beginning in 2030. The bill would authorize federal funding to help states implement the change, including adapting equipment if necessary and conducting voter education.
