Rep. Nydia Velazquez introduced The No Anonymity in Immigration Enforcement Act prohibits ICE agents conducting immigration enforcement from wearing facial coverings and requires that the agents wear a visible identification badge. Exemptions can be made for agents responding to an imminent threat to life or bodily harm, and all exemptions must be documented and reviewed within 48 hours. The bill also requires that any agent who violates these rules are subject to disciplinary action.
